You can read about the above bathroom tile, design process and construction here.
Here is a curated collection of bathroom tiles options all the way in the bottom of this page. Because I designed and managed construction of many bathrooms I know first hand that it is not an easy task for someone who never did this before. So, just for you, guys I decided to outline the process just a bit before you get to your bathroom tile and kitchen tile suggestions.
The process starts with the estimation of costs and prices of materials and labor. I usually suggest several construction teams to a client. Then together we interview my teams and the client has the last say in it. Believe it or not, it is not always the price of construction that dictates the decision. When you are building a bathroom you don’t want to do it twice. You need to deal with an experienced team that knows exactly what they are doing. The second issue is the materials and fixtures selection. I take my time and create many options for the clients until we come to the final selections.
Then comes scheduling and permits. Depending on the town you live in and the state permits can slow down the whole process, and so is the scheduling. All the work needs to be done in certain order, from the electrical work to plumbing to tile installation. The construction team will NOT GIVE THE HOMEOWNER ANY DESIGN ADVICE. They will just do what you tell them to do. Trust me, even very experienced and talented designers and architects put it all on paper many times before making decisions.
